If You cancel Your service after a monthly debit has occurred, You will cancel any subsequent debits, however, You will not receive a refund for the current month. Use of your Credit Care account requires activation. Upon activation with USA Credit Care, You are bound by the User Agreement provided at the enrollment site.
CREDIT BUREAU REPORTING: I understand that USA Credit is a subscriber to a Credit Bureau and that My new account as well as My monthly payment history will be reported to that Credit Bureau.
CREDIT BUREAU ACCESS: USA Credit will not access your personal credit report as part of the activation process in establishing your initial credit account. However, USA Credit reserves the right to access your personal credit report.
MONTHLY BILLING FOR CHARGED PURCHASES: I will be billed each month for the balance of charges made to My account. My Account must be maintained on a current basis to make additional credit purchases and to receive additional Card Member benefits.
